Enclosed in a newly designed one-piece weatherproof assembly, the new Lynx 3 plugs directly into your computer's USB port for seamless wireless connectivity.
Just like its predecessor the Lynx 2-M Plus, this configuration permits the adapter to provide full power to the antenna and eliminates the need for a bulky and expensive low-loss antenna cable. The USB cable exiting from the device connects directly into your computer's USB port. The 4-foot USB cable exiting from the bottom of the device and one 16-foot active USB 2.0 cable are included for a total length of 20 feet. An optional 16-foot extension cable is available for an additional $35.
The Lynx 3 can be either mounted on deck or on a rail.
The overall length excluding the deck or rail mount is 28 inches. The dimensions of the base enclosure is 9 inches in length by 4 inches in diameter and the antenna height is 19 inches.
